People assume that grapes are not good for health as they contain lot of sugar. Nutritionists were also agreeing about the same point for a long time. There are two kinds of grapes available in the market, Red and Green. Red grapes are good for patients, as they are rich of anthocyanins. Grapes can be eaten as a fruit and drink as a juice too. Research has proved that eating this fruit can prevent clogged arteries.
Grapes also save our blood vessel. This is the only fruit which contains high iron in it. In many case, doctors advises people to eat grapes. People can save from much disease while eating the fruit; it increases the capacity of body to fight with germs. This fruit contains all kinds of vitamins like Vitamin C, Vitamin B1, Potassium, Manganese etc.
This is not very costly fruit and easily available in the market too. Anyone can easily afford it. This is a seasonal fruit and people can find it in market in winter. Grapes is a good fruit to eat and children love it.
